• If making a reservation 45 days or more in advance, we require a $45 deposit.
Cancellation Policy-

Reservations made 45 days in advance or more:
• If a reservation is cancelled more than 10 days prior to the reservation the deposit is 100%
refundable.
• There is no refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation.
• There will be a $20 cancellation fee for all reservations cancelled within 10 days of the reservation date.
All other reservations:
• Cancellations made within 48 hours will be assessed a $20 cancellation fee.
• All parties canceling a reservation the day of, will be charged the full room rate but will be given a 20%
discount the next time they stay overnight. *$20 cancellation fee does not apply.

Restrictions
• No smoking allowed in the house.
• No pets allowed.
• Children 12 and over are welcome.
